A renegade is someone who deserts a system. In this case, Renegades are soccer players that choose to be more than average. Renegade Soccer Training is for any athlete who has a dream to be more than just an average player. The program creates players who have supreme confidence on the ball, and who can see the field better than their opponents, and run for the entire 90 minutes. That want to excel, make their family and friends happy, and be the best soccer player they can be.
The ideas behind Renegade Soccer Training came from 20 years of observation where we saw multiple players face issues with insecurity, expectations, and knowledge. These issues along with other fears such as disappointment and not fulfilling their potential hindered their progress. Renegade Soccer Training was created to provide coaching and development to increase game play, build confidence, and provide support to players including everyone involved on the field and in their personal lives.
Our approach to coaching is to focus on the whole rather than the parts. We train our athletes to use their entire body, mind included to develop their skills and talents. All aspects including, breathing, foot to eye coordination, and mental aptitude are considered important aspects of the Renegade Soccer Training approach.
By training the entire body at once, you condition your mental and physical game for actual game play dynamics. We focus on a holistic approach to improve ball control, fitness, and mental toughness to make your gameplay smooth and dynamic in the beginning of the game, and clutch at the end. We focus on you as a whole, rather than parts of you to bring you a complete integrated system that provides results ready for game day.
Renegade soccer training offers training material that is suited for the beginner, intermediate, and advanced player. From recreational to club, our strategy and approach will allow you to play the best soccer you can play. You can go at your own pace and see the results in a matter of weeks.
The game revolves around the ball. Without ball control, there is no ability to create space, no ability to move the ball up the field, no ability to win. You spend the least amount of time touching the ball during a game. Make it count.
At Renegade Soccer Training, we know that in order for you to be the best soccer player you can be, you need to be able to keep up and outlast. Regardless of where you feel you are, RST can provide results to make sure you stay in the game.
