Foundations of Touch was created to do ONE thing... get absolute beginner soccer players comfortable with the ball at their feet. This 60-Day training program helps players will get hundreds of touches on the ball - all sides of their feet - from both stationary and moving positions.

The Program For Tight Ball Control

After asking dozens of A License coaches what area is lacking most for players came the creation of the Evolution of Touch. This program was created to do ONE thing... develop both tight ball control skills and fitness to beginner level soccer players. Over 60 days, players will work through a Progressive Stacking System (PSS) that focuses on movement and change of direction in tight spaces while building their aerobic capacity. This is the perfect program for players who want to play with confidence and outlast their defenders.

The Program For Faster Speed of Play

Want to receive the ball better? Maybe pass it to your teammates faster or perhaps be able to do amazing "give & go" moves during a game? Then Wall Work Warrior is for you! Using our "SOP MAX SYSTEM", players are going to get thousands of touches on the ball on all sides of their feet at varying weight, so they can be intentional about their first touch. We do this by breaking down each touch with the sides of the feet to allow players to receive a ball wherever and turn in any direction.  The drastically develops a player's body to ball to power coordination, giving them much more control and making players much more effective.

The Program To Develop 1V1 Ability

When you need to take on and beat defenders...Next Level Dribbling is the program you want. Using our unique  "STACK-ATTACK ACCELERATOR" system - we break down the most effective 1v1 moves and build them from the ground up. We start slow and then we add complexity, layering the workouts in a progressive manner which makes mastery simple. These effective 1v1 skills will allow you beat defenders and go to goal.

The Program For Balancing Power & Control

Wish you had a better relationship between you and the ball? Looking to be able to balance your power and your control? Then Juggling Juggernaut is the program for you. With our unique "Progressive Stacking System,"  players go from a simple bounce off their foot, to juggling through cones while moving. We progress slowly enough so players can find success daily. With 5 progress tests along the way, players can see measured improvement. This is more than just a "juggling" program, it's the difference maker.

The Program For Throwing Off Defenders

Mastery of Touch was created with one concept in mind: to keep defenders guessing! By embedding patterns within patterns, we are able to lull a defender into a certain rhythm, and then "break" it - allowing players to blow right past them. This program is built on top of our "Break-Rhythm Method." Players will learn our 8 frameworks to truly master patterns and establish a rhythm. We then progressively show players how to break that rhythm just as the defender gets comfortable.

The Program For Players Who Want to Attack

Need more 1v1 options to keep defenders guessing? Next Level Dribbling II is where it's at. Using our "STACK-ATTACK ACCELERATOR SYSTEM," this program builds mastery in a player with 3 phases: Stationary, moving through cones with precision, then adding pace. Each 1v1 move is broken down to its simplest parts then slowly, pace and misdirection are added, so each progression is simple to learn and allows for mastery to be gained.

The Program For Those That Want to Score

With Back of The Net, players will be able to hit any shot, form any opportunity given. How? Our "SCORE AT WILL" (S.A.W) SYSTEM provides a progressive framework to not only add complexity and power, but to measure your progress each workout. Every shot, every distance, every target is measured and tracked to build confidence, and positive feedback loops so progress is seen every workout. Shooting is built from low power, low distance, to high power, high distance, all while progressing from stationary, to moving, to back to goal, to pick a move... every spin and corner is integrated to create the SAW System.

The Program For "Give & Go" Play Style

If you're looking to receive a ball off a bounce - or directly -  and play it with intention on the first touch, then Aerial Control is the program for you. Using our "S.O.P MAX System" - all sides of the foot are developed from very low force, and little movement, then speed and movement off the first touch are added slowly. Every aspect of taking a ball out of the air is taken into consideration so players gain confidence. Settling the ball, taking it off a half bounce, and controlling it directly in the air... each building to a 1st touch with intention and layering in separation moves.

The Program For Opening Up Passing Lanes

Is the defenders blocking you from your teammate? Not any more with Mastery of Touch II. We layer 1v1 moves with turns to misdirect defenders, open passing lanes, and penetrate - even in tight spaces. Players will go through our PASSING LANE CREATOR (PLC) METHOD which helps them open up passing lanes but setting up and misdirecting defenders when teammates aren't moving. Never wait for teammates to move again!

The Program To Keep Defenders Guessing

Destroy a defender by layering two simple moves allowing you to maximize misdirection of the attacker. Puppet Master is built off our "2 MOVES TO 12 SYSTEM." We use two simple yet effective 1v1 moves and show you how to layer them so you can maximize change of pace and change of direction, to destroy a defender's ability to anticipate. Building 12 layered moves that will have defenders spinning like a top. Learn the attacking moves that Ronaldo uses 95% of the time on the pitch.

ESCAPE ARTIST

The Program For Escaping Tight Pressure

Become un-trackable in tight spaces.  INTENSIVE EXPRESSION METHOD - takes one day to maximize volume for a set of patterns, then the next day removes the constraints so creativity can be explored. By combining volume and creativity in two different workouts, mastery is greatly accelerated. Takes two key concepts to maximize technical and an athletic movement mastery... intensive day where 1v1 and escape patterns are volume maximized, then a creativity day where they are layered for expression.

Using our "STACK-ATTACK METHOD," players builds from mastery in stationary, moving, through cones with precision, and then adding pace. We've taken our most effective drill progressions from camps and clinics to provide you advanced 1v1 moves. We break them down and build them from the most basic movement patterns and building them up to game pace.
